Welcome!

We are Gary & Julie Smith and are the proud owners of Kilbrannan Guest House. Our house has recently undergone a complete rewire to ensure the safety of our guests. No gimmicks, no airs or graces, just lovely, spotlessly clean, covid safe, well equipped accommodation close to all Great Yarmouth has to offer, with outstanding customer service and fantastic breakfasts (and we have the awards to prove it).

All rooms are En-Suite and 1 has a full sized private bathroom attached.
Free WIFI access, DVD player, Flat Screen TVs including smart TVs to most rooms, USB sockets and a good size refrigerator also accompany the many other facilities in each room.
Families are very welcome but unfortunately we can't accept children aged under 4 years.
We are ideally situated on Trafalgar Road, Great Yarmouth with the seafront only a 2 minute walk, St George's park only a 2 minute walk, the town centre only a 5 minute walk and all local attractions and amenities within easy reach.

We also won a Gold award in the 'Great Yarmouth and Gorleston in Bloom' competition in the category 'Best Guesthouse' and are the overall winners which we are very proud of too as we love our flowers and plants.

Our Guesthouse is strictly non-smoking.

Parking is free at Kilbrannan Guest House as we have permits for street parking and also have space for up to 2 cars in a private car park or 5 bikes on the side of the property (subject to availability).
Your room should be ready early afternoon but if you would like to arrive early we will provide parking from 12:00. If your room is ready when you arrive, then we will check you in at that time.
Don't worry if you intend to arrive by train or coach as the stations are only a few minutes drive away and you should find taxis just outside.
Alternatively, it only takes roughly 15 minutes to walk to us.
